Identify your personality strengths, preferences, and unique talents using the Myers Briggs personality type indicator. You can use this information to better understand yourself, your motivations, and your areas for potential growth and career options. A certified Career Development Facilitator will conduct a one hour interpretation by phone or in person after you have taken the assessment. You can take the assessment from home, from the Internet, once we have issued a password. Total cost is $100.
Career Coaching
For those at risk of losing their jobs or currently in career transition. This can include a choice of services including: an employability assessment, developing an individual career plan, creating an employment campaign, instruction on the mechanics of modern job search techniques, assistance in researching industries or comanies, instruction on using the Internet, interviewing skills, or direct referral to employers. $50 per hour.
Resume Service
All resume services include a copy on white paper for photocopying, 10 ivory copies for immediate use, and a copy on a RW-CD. Resumes can be e-mailed as a Word attachment only after payment or credit card information has been recieved. We work coast to coast with this service, gathering your information by phone then making e-mail delivery by Word attachment.
Entry Level Resume
For recent graduates. $50
Mid Level Resume
Most people fit in this catergory. May involve an alternate version. Includes a cover letter

Executive Resume
Typically for senior managers or scientific personnel. This can also be a Vita for those in Education or Non-
Profit fields. Includes an alternate version if necessary and a cover letter.

Individual Outplacement Packages
Corporations retain us for these same packages as part of a company paid severance package. These service packages are priced at reduced hours for affordability to individuals. These packages are for individuals who want to take advantage of more than our resume service in an economical way.
We recently provided "virtual" outplacement services to a corporation that was undergoing a reduction in force. We found that we can offer these packages using close phone and e-mail support coast to coast.
Standard Package
Recommended for invididuals holding titles below the level of Vice President. Package includes:
- taking the Myers Briggs personality assessment related to career,
-going through an overall employability assessment,
- resume and cover letter preparation and strategy,
-developing an individual career plan reflecting each person's unique path,
-creating an individual job, small business, education, training, or retirement strategy,
- Implementation of the plan including researching companies and interview coaching,
- direct referral to employers.
Price is $250 per person and includes a total of six hours of assistance
Executive Package
Recommended for individuals holding titles at or above Vice President. Includes all the features mentioned above, but includes 30 total hours of assistance.
Price is $1500 per person.
Our general approach is to place individuals into short, successful job campaigns and not on counseling or chasing Internet or print ads as the sole job seeking activity. We take the same proactive approach as headhunters, contacting companies directly and seeking to create a position or finding unadvertised spots.
